The box showed up crushed, which wasn’t great. I guess it’s impressive the item still managed to arrive at all considering how rough the packaging looked.

I mean, it wasn’t terrible or anything, and some of it was fine, but a few items definitely tasted a little stale. I was expecting it to be fresher, so I’m not sure I’d be quick to order it again

I like what Biona is going for, and a few of their products do look really good, but the dietary info wasn’t as easy to work through as I expected. I’m dairy free and try to avoid gluten too, so I kept having to click into things and check around, which got a bit annoying.
Some products had clear labels, but then others were kind of vague, and that part just made me unsure. I ended up leaving a few items because I couldn’t tell if they were okay for me or not. For a health food site, I thought the filters and allergen info would be a bit better.

I actually really like these, they taste good and I do feel a bit better choosing them over regular snacks. Just a heads up though, they’re a bit on the pricey side, so don’t be surprised if they add up quickly if you buy them often.

I’m really not happy with my order. Most of the items had really short dates left on them, which was disappointing. When I order online, I expect better than that, I really do. It felt like they just picked out older stock and sent it to me.

My order got here quick, faster than I thought it would. No problems with the delivery, no missing items, no damaged box, no weird delays, nothing like that. I just placed the order, waited a bit, and it showed up without any hassle

I ordered a few things from Biona i was really happy with how it all came packed. It was mostly paper, easy to recycle, and there wasn’t any of that silly extra plastic or a massive box for no reason. Everything arrived in good condition too, which is always a relief. Just nice, really nice, to see a shop putting a bit of thought into this stuff.

I ended up getting two wrong items in my order, which was frustrating. When I tried to get it sorted out, I felt like I was just being passed around instead of anyone actually taking care of it. Not a great experience

I’ve ordered from Biona before and never had much to complain about quality-wise, so I assumed I’d be able to get most of my usual organic cupboard bits in one go.

Just a heads up though, the selection on the site felt limited for what I needed. A few things I was specifically looking for weren’t there at all, and in some categories there was only one option, so it didn’t really feel like much of a choice.

It’s probably fine if you’re only after basic staples, but I’d definitely check what they actually stock before relying on it for a bigger shop. I ended up having to order the rest from somewhere else

I had a small issue with my order and emailed Biona thinking it would probably be a bit of a faff, though I also wasn’t that bothered at first. They replied quicker than I expected and were actually really pleasant, which was a nice surprise.
They sorted it out without making me jump through hoops, and it didn’t feel like one of those copy-and-paste replies. I still think customer service shouldn’t be something you have to notice, but in this case I noticed it in a good way. I’d order again.

I’ve ordered from Biona a handful of times now and it’s been decent. Feels like good value overall, especially if you’re getting a few jars or tins at once, some of it works out cheaper than my local shop too. Delivery was fine, no issues there. It’s not always the cheapest for every single thing, but the quality’s good so I don’t really mind paying a bit extra here and there.

My order arrived when it was supposed to, which feels like a small miracle these days. No real issues to complain about. The tracking could’ve been a bit clearer, unless the goal was to keep things mildly mysterious

I’ll be honest, the product itself is good and I did like it. But the whole time I was kind of thinking, “Is this really worth what I paid?” It does the job and I don’t have any major complaints, but the price feels a little high for what you get.

I’ve been happy with the organic range overall and usually end up adding a few items to my basket. The quality seems good, and my email receipts are always easy enough to check back on. I just wish the labels had a bit more detail, especially around ingredients and sourcing, because it would make choosing products a lot easier...

I really like being able to see exactly what’s in everything before I buy it. No guessing, no digging around... just clear ingredients upfront, which I definitely appreciate.

I’ve had better luck here than at a few other shops I’ve tried. Most of the things I needed were in stock, including the usual bits I always pick up. Checkout was simple and quick too, so overall I was happy with the experience

The return process was already slow, but the refund took even looonger. I expected it to be handled a bit faster, honestly

I ordered a few Biona products i was let down. One of them tasted stale and another had this odd texture that just didn’t seem right. For the price, I expected much better. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely felt like I didn’t get what I paid for. I won’t be buying again.

I tried ordering from my phone, but the site kept freezing when I got to checkout. After a few attempts, I felt mentally drained and just gave up for a while.
